In conjunction with operating JBCEM Tas, currently working with one of Tasmania’s foremost charities – Cancer Council Tasmania – managing a wide range of fundraising events in Tassie’s south including gala balls and fundraising lunches in addition to coordinating statewide campaigns like Girls Night In and even a group taking on a unique fundraising challenge, the Kokoda Track!

Experienced in training food and beverage students at TasTAFE.

Conference and Events Manager for over 10 years at one of Hobart’s leading conferencing venues, The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel, Hobart.  During this time, enjoying great success, as Australia’s best Business Events Venue for three consecutive years….and for a short duration, setting up and simultaneously managing the conference and events department at Hadley’s Orient Hotel, sister to The Old Woolstore.

Originally trained as a chef on King Island and in Hobart..
