Smartfibre Launceston International   part of the Australian Pro Tour. This event attracts players from around Australia and the world with over 20 countries represented. Hosting both Men’s and Women’s Singles and Doubles; the total prize pool for the 2018 event is USD$100,000. 3rd – 11th February 2018

Aussie Road Crew West Coast Tour A 13 day tour of gorgeous Nth Western Tasmania ending with a bang at the Devil Country Muster. This unique experience takes you to the top left corner of Tasmania, exploring the amazing country along the way. By day, we marvel at this incredible part of the world and visit the sites where many Australian movies and TV shows have been filmed, little wonder when you experience its beauty. 6th – 19th February 2018

Royal Hobart Regatta The 180th celebration of this annual event, first held in 1838. Features three days of continuous activity on the River Derwent, Queens Domain and in the skies above. Fireworks display on Sunday evening – Peoples Day – cap off an event filled weekend in Hobart 10th – 12th February 2018

Targa Australia  The opening round of the new CAMS Australian Targa Championship, Targa North West is doubled in days and length to ensure the event is worthy of Championship status.  The new revised event will see 170km of competitive distance, over 11 stages with many of these, being more than 20km long. This event is designed to give competitors a taste of Targa Tasmania. It’s a stepping-stone to bigger things. It has a great local feel where all competitors are based in the one location and is a great weekend for the whole family.  17th – 18th February 2018

Evandale Village Fair The wheels of time turn back over a hundred years as the peaceful village of Evandale in northern Tasmania once again plays host to the Evandale Village Fair and National Penny Farthing Championships. Saturday 24th February 2018

Burnie’s Farmers Market The first farmers market established in Tasmania, now expanded to include country arts and crafts. Still the best place to buy fresh, cheap local produce, and meet the farmers who grow it. Take a table at the outdoor cappuccino bar and soak up the atmosphere. 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month

Hobart BeerFest   Crafted beer and food @ PW1! Saturday 17th February 2018

Run the Bridge 10km, 5km and 2km events for all the family.  Every year we get a great turn out for an event that is simply for a good time. Event Start Location – 10km race is Blundstone Arena, Bellerive, 5km race is Montagu Bay Primary School.Sunday 18th February 2018
